Questions clients ask
Straight answers first.
Do I need a UAE will if I already have one at home?
A foreign will may not be recognised or may be applied slowly, and in the interim assets can be frozen. A registered DIFC, ADGM or onshore will covering UAE assets is the practical protection for most expatriates.
