LegalEyes terms.

1. What LegalEyes is

LegalEyes is a legal and regulatory intelligence service operated by LexDesk360 FZ LLE (“LexDesk360”, “we”). It reports changes in law and regulation across the markets you select, verified against the source standard described on the product page, and rated by urgency. It is an information product.

LegalEyes relies only on official government sources, being gazettes, legislation portals, ministries, regulators and state news agencies, and, where no official text has yet been published, on top tier news media. It does not rely on commentary published by law firms, accounting firms or other advisers. Each item states the source that supports it.

2. What LegalEyes is not

LegalEyes is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer and client relationship. Items are general in nature and do not take account of your facts. Before acting on any item, obtain advice on your own circumstances. LexDesk360 counsel can be engaged separately for that purpose.

3. Free of charge

The LegalEyes monthly brief is free and requires no payment details. It is sent by email once a month, filtered to the markets, topics and role you choose. Bespoke monitoring, board packs and advice from LexDesk360 counsel are separate services, agreed in a separate engagement letter.

4. Changes and unsubscribing

You may add or remove markets and topics or change the role your brief is written for at any time through the link in any brief. You may unsubscribe at any time with the one-click link in any brief, by replying to any brief or by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

5. Use of the brief

Briefs may be shared with colleagues and forwarded as issued, with the LegalEyes and LexDesk360 attribution left in place. Briefs may not be resold, republished externally or used to train automated systems without our written consent.

6. Accuracy and liability

We apply the verification standard described on the product page and we say plainly when a date or instrument number could not be confirmed. Law changes, sources are corrected and regulators reverse themselves; we do not guarantee that any item is complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexDesk360’s total liability arising from LegalEyes in any twelve month period is limited to one hundred US dollars, reflecting that LegalEyes is provided free of charge, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Personal data

We process the details you provide to deliver the service, to record your consent, and to contact you about it. Your selections of markets, topics and role, and your sector, function and company details, are held in our email service provider so that each brief is filtered to what you chose. If you ask for a call, we use your details to arrange it. If you opt in to LexDesk360 updates and events, we send those separately, and you can opt out of them without affecting your brief. See our privacy notice. You can withdraw consent from any message.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Fujairah. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
